Unsanitary. They don't clean or sanitize the instruments between clients which is very dangerous. I don't get how they're still open. They are also very rough when doing your feet. They'll barely talk to you, just hit you to change foot. The place is extremely noisy. They'll scream between one another the entire time to talk across the salon. I have no problems with their kids being there but they'll be playing on their phones with the sound blasting.
Avoid this place. Very unhygienic! Tools are barely washed, definitely NOT sanitized. I had to specifically ask for a new razor. Everyone is reusing the same dirty tools. In addition, they yell amongst themselves, ignoring customers and screaming into their phones, which they play on full-blast. I had to ask multiple times for quiet.
They do a good job on ur nails except the people are so rude and disrespectful. They keep talking in there language and make fun of other person nail condition by showing to their colleagues right in front of the client. Zero respect for there clients Terrible experience
Service is so bad and they are so rude. The results werent like what i wanted and when i told them before finishing while they were cutting my nails they simply just said no theyll turn our fine but they didnt. I wanted almond but gave me a square, i told her the shape is wrong i asked if i can get a remake or a discount she went and cut them off angrily without telling me what shes doing. Costumer service is bad. everything was a mess. Its not my fault when i told them so many times before and during the process that theyll not turn out the way i wanted them and they ignored me. Ill never ever come here again and no one ever should. The prices are cheap for a reason because the service and hygiene is below 0!!!!!!!
They are rudeeee. No respect for customers. Their skills are poor. I came in, asked for a specific design and left with a complete other thing. I had to change it the day after. The lady that colored my nails was very unprofessional when I told her I didnt like it. Didnt propose to change. Just kept saying thats what I wanted.
